Privacy Policy
This site is run by Rav (Nerav Patel), trading as Rav'el Travel, an independent travel agent registered with InteleTravel. Your privacy matters, and this page explains in plain English what I collect and why. It's written to reflect UK GDPR.
What I collect
- Newsletter sign-ups: just your email address, so I can send travel tips and tool updates.
- Enquiry form: your name, contact details and the trip information you choose to give me, so I can respond to your enquiry.
I do not collect passport numbers, dates of birth or payment card details through this website. When a booking goes ahead, that information is collected separately and securely, and payments are made only to the travel supplier (the Merchant of Record) — never to a personal account.
How I use it
Only to reply to you and, if you opted in, to send occasional emails you can unsubscribe from at any time. I don't sell your data, and I don't share it except with the travel suppliers needed to fulfil a booking you ask me to make.
How it's stored
Form and newsletter submissions are handled by Netlify (my website host) and emailed to me at rav@raveltravel.co.uk. They're kept only as long as needed to help you, then deleted on request.
Your rights
You can ask me at any time to show you what I hold, correct it, or delete it. Just email rav@raveltravel.co.uk and I'll sort it. If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies. Any third-party tools (like the newsletter form) use only what's technically necessary to work.
